I had my first appointment today with Jean. I walked in with multiple boxed colors in my hair and it was very gray as well. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done (dark brown hair with caramel highlights) and Jean went right to work on what seemingly was the impossible for most hair colorists. The finished look exceeded my expectations and my hair looks so much healthier too. Jean is extremely thorough and you can tell she takes so much pride in her work. I will definitely be coming back as this my new "go- to" salon. Thank you Jean. You are awesome!!

I can’t believe how different my second interaction with this business was compared to my first one; I guess it was beginners luck. I had just scheduled a hair appointment for this afternoon while driving from Pittsburgh for an appointment on Tuesday morning at 10. After I checked in, I messaged her simply to see if we could meet first thing in the morning before my appointment. She replied; 10AM to which I replied that I would keep my original appointment and would arrive in five minutes. She replied no appointments today…..wow all she had to do is say she was having a bad day and I would have been fine

We had Jean as the bridal makeup artist for our wedding on 5/25/24, and she was fantastic! Sharing the same Cambodian heritage, it felt like she was part of the family from the moment we met. Jean was responsive, professional, and genuine. She traveled to our house early in the morning to do makeup for me, my mother, and my aunt, meeting our family and getting along with everyone very well. She accommodated my preference for simple makeup while ensuring it stood out in photos. Her services are reasonably priced, and she truly cares about her work.
